  • We work with you and your budget and get started on a design. You can choose from one of our existing plans, or utilise our skilled, in-house building designers and have something custom created.

  • Our team inspects your site so we know how to cater your design to suite soil and contour conditions, and how much it might impact the budget for site works and foundations.

    Site inspection also helps uncover any potential challenges before construction begins.

  • We prepare the paperwork, agreements, and all necessary documents to move your project forward smoothly.

  • We handle council approvals, permits, and certifications needed to legally begin construction.

  • Choose from one of our existing colour scheme options or visit our Selections Room choose the fixtures, finishes, colours, and personal touches that make your home truly yours.

  • Construction officially begins! We lay a solid foundation – the first physical step of your build.

  • The structure takes shape as walls, floors, and the roof frame are built.

  • Your home is secured with windows, external doors, and roofing installed — it's now “locked up.”

  • Internal features such as walls, cabinetry, plumbing, and electrical are installed.

  • Construction is almost complete. We do final touches and prepare for inspection.

  • A detailed quality check ensures everything is built to the highest standard and ready for handover.
