Our building designers were given an open book to come up with a project design that would provide a return for the client. The designers then got to work on preparing the design & documentation for construction of two brand-new, double-storey townhouses, complete with Torrens Title subdivision.

Our building designers nailed it! The first thing you see upon arriving are the striking facades, incorporating suspended planter boxes & balcony off the master bedroom. Both the planter box & balcony were cleverly constructed off site by using formed concrete and craned into place. This provides the client with a product that with last the test of time.

These homes welcome you inside through the feature timber door directly into the entry, complete with soaring ceiling & sculpture-like pendant lighting. As you continue through the sunlit hallway, you will find the heart of the home, the kitchen which has been perfectly designed and appointed for the chef amongst us, complemented by a butler’s pantry making this a space you will just love spending time in. Just off the kitchen you will find the dining area along with the open-plan living space which has been tastefully appointed with a built-in day bed & cabinetry.

The master suite is private, being located at the front of the home, away from the minor bedrooms and accessed via its own hallway. Once in the master suite, you are met with cathedral ceilings, double stacking doors which lead you out onto a private balcony. As you move to the rear of the home you will find a generous rumpus room & tech space along with the minor bedrooms and bathroom, complete which come complete with freestanding tub to soak away the day.
